Natalie was introduced to the Payments industry 12 years ago while still working as a Corporate High-Tech Executive. Not realizing that this industry existed, she began by working with local businesses in her community, and was then referred to other business owners as merchants found her approach of transparency, integrity and a commitment to service was very different than most in the industry. Her clients grew to outside of Texas and she supports an 85 store franchise that is in 20 states!
Being a small-business-owner herself, she knows what best practices to recommend for her merchants to optimize fees, eliminate risk and ensure customer satisfaction. Utilizing her technical background, she loves to install, train and support her merchants on a variety of Point-of-sale solutions as well as go-to-bat for her merchants ensuring they have competitive pricing.
